Finally! American stand-up comedian, writer and actor Colin Quinn is about to grace the UK for the first time ever with his comedy presence at the Leicester Square Theatre on 28th December 2019.

Comedy Central announced today a collaboration with All Things Comedy to produce a documentary about Patrice O'Neal. Set to begin filming this fall, the untitled documentary is a deep-dive portrait of O'Neal who passed away at 41 in 2011. The film, directed by Bonfiglio (Gary Gulman: The Great Depresh) will recount O'Neal's life story and explore the hilarious and controversial material he left behind. Utilizing a vast archive including never-before-seen personal materials and featuring O'Neal's family and friends, the film will include a who's who of comedy — the comics who knew, were influenced and were affected by O'Neal —  placing his work into the context of the time as well as today.

On Friday, October 4, Cortland Repertory Theatre Downtown provides some much needed laughs for Central New York with the return of stand-up comedian Ross Bennett on his a?oeNew York 'Country'a?? comedy tour.

The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) announced today that legendary New Yorker and comedian Jerry Seinfeld has added 16 final performances to his Beacon Theatre residency – extending the run through its conclusion in March 2020.

United Solo, the world's largest solo theatre festival, is proud to present the nominees of the 2019 United Solo Special Award. The Special Award recognizes and celebrates outstanding solo performers. These are artists who create captivating performances outside the United Solo Festival and have brought the art of solo theatre to new heights. These artists have pushed the boundaries of solo theatre in unique ways and the Special Award will honor an artist whose work in the last year deserves particular recognition.
