A musical based on Ivanka Trump is headed to the Public Theater!

Today Kindness release their fourth single “Raise Up” from upcoming, highly-anticipated album Something Like A War, out September 6 on Female Energy. This uptempo gospel track was recorded in New York and features backing vocals from Vuyo Sotashe, Amanda Khiri and Bryndon Cook.

Today, Miquela shares two songs, 'Money' and 'Sleeping In.' The latter boasts the talents of PC Music-signee Danny L Harle, Frank Ocean-collaborator Vegyn and Sophie Simmons, while 'Money' features Chris Wallace and Nisha Asnani on production duties.

Produced entirely by Kindness themselves (Adam Bainbridge) the record is a collection of works representing a period of reflection and transformation over the course of 4 years following their second record Otherness.

Tanna Frederick (Defrost, Hollywood Dreams) stars alongside Tom Bower (Die Hard, Waltons) in her first produced narrative feature film Two Ways Home. A film from the heart, raising awareness about mental health in cooperation with aligned charities including http://www.NAMI.org and http://www.BreakingTheChainsFoundation.org. Two Ways Home was directed by Ron Vignone, from an original screenplay by Richard Schinnow, independently produced and filmed in Iowa.

The 29th annual Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival (Inside Out), championing innovative LGBTQ filmmakers from across the globe, revealed its full feature and short film lineup. The announcement was made today by Inside Out's Executive Director Andria Wilson and the festival's Director of Programming Andrew Murphy. Inside Out, which launched the first ever annual LGBTQ Film Finance Forum, has established itself as an international home and incubator for LGBTQ emerging and established filmmakers. This year's festival will take place May 23 to June 2, 2019.

Following the release in March of their first single in four years - “Cry Everything” ft Robyn - Kindness connects with friend and Swedish star Seinabo Sey for a brand new release: “Lost Without”. Co-written by Kelela and Kindness, Kindness and Seinabo Sey came together in Stockholm to complete work on a song recorded across three continents. The track nods to the disco influences present on Kindness' first LP, World, You Need a Change of Mind, with horn inflections reminiscent of Roy Hargrove's work with D'Angelo, and live strings arranged by Rob Moose.

Asian rap icon, Keith Ape, releases the video for 'My Wrist Clearer Than Water!,' from his recently released debut project, BORN AGAIN. Directed by Adrian Pereyra and inspired by first-person shooter video game, Half Life, the visual follows Keith Ape as he moves between reality and the virtual world.
