Forward Flux Productions officially announces the world premiere of its original play FriendAndy.com at the HERE Arts Center's Dorothy B. Williams Theater, as part of the 16th annual New York International Fringe Festival.  Show dates are as follows:  August 11th (1:00pm), 12th (3:00pm), 17th (4:45pm), 18th (8:30pm), 21st (10:00pm), and 22nd (8:15pm).   Tickets go on sale Friday, July 20th.

FriendAndy.com is a dark comedy that layers social media technology and stylized movement for a life-size revealing look at our digital lives.  Andy is a blogger who achieves viral success with his medley of comedic characters, quickly making him the face of "persondising"-a new trend in Internet marketing.  Attempting to balance his newfound fame, a long-distance girlfriend, and staying true to his original vision threatens to send Andy into overload.

The play features Hayes Dunlap, Sean Hefferon, Laura Kaldis, and Nastasha Strang*.  It is directed by creator Wesley Frugé, with movement choreography by Karesia Batan and technical design by Rafael Landeiro.

FriendAndy.com is a production of Forward Flux.  Established in 2010, Forward Flux's mission is to present live art utilizing today's technology for today's audiences, blending traditional theatre with unconventional ideas.
