The McCallum Theatre Adds New Shows To Their Exciting And Eclectic 2015-16 Season

Six exciting performances have been added to the roster of the McCallum Theatre's 2015-2016 season, including Bill Maher, Hank and My Honky Tonk Heroes Starring Jason Petty, Last Comic Standing, Canadian superstar Jesse Cook, Wynonna and The Big Noise and the triumphant McCallum return of 2CELLOS. Brochures with these added performances and the entire season should reach local mailboxes by the second week of September.

Tickets for ALL performances go on sale on Tuesday, September 15th at 8:00am and may be purchased at the McCallum Theatre Box Office, 73000 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, by telephone at 760-340-2787 or online at www.mccallumtheatre.com.

"It is always great to be able to make some last minute additions to our calendar," said Mitch Gershenfeld, President & CEO of the McCallum. "All of these shows were booked after our subscription brochure went to press earlier in the year. We are thrilled to add these outstanding artists to what is shaping up to be an extraordinary and diverse season of world-class entertainment at the McCallum."

"A special incentive is available to McCallum Theatre members or those who become members before September 15th for as little as $75 a year," said Gershenfeld. "As our way of saying thank you for this very generous charitable support, we invite our members to purchase their tickets one day before the general public. It's a great benefit for the Theatre and our members alike. Also new to the brochure arriving in local households soon include an additional performance of Night Fever/ABBA Mania on Thursday, January 7th at 8pm, as well as five charitable concerts by superstar and Valley neighbor Barry Manilow, presented by STILETTO Entertainment. All proceeds from A Gift of Love III will benefit 30 local charities. The Manilow concerts will be held on Tuesday, December 8th at 8pm, Wednesday, December 9th at 8pm, Friday, December 11th at 8pm, Saturday, December 12th at 8pm and Sunday, December 13th at 7pm.
