This 'Send in the Clowns', Stephen Sondheim musical, which is currently playing on Broadway, is the theatrical event of the year! Based on Ingmar Bergman's film, Smiles of a Summer Night, this romantic musical is witty and urbane, set in waltz time. The action takes places in a weekend country house in turn-of-the century Sweden, where surprising liaisons, long-simmering passions and a taste of love's endless possibilities are all brought to light.

Directed by Frank Minano (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof) and featuring long time Grove favorites Ann Thomas, Angeline Carr (BARK!), Bob Stilwell, Vil Towers (Seussical) and Sherri Jones (seen last year in Church Basement Ladies). The cast also features Tess Jose, (BARK!), Donna Minano, Walt Schaefer (Gifts of the Magi), Amanda Gettinger, Joseph Arana, Autumn Powers, Valerie Jasso, Ryan Harton and Kelley Goode.
