City Theatre and Island City Stage to Present Shorts Gone Wild 2, 8/7-9/7
City Theatre and Island City Stage are proud to present the return of Shorts Gone Wild 2, South Florida's hottest short play festival that celebrates the LGBT and Progressive communities, from August 7 - September 7 at Empire Stage in Ft. Lauderdale.
Conceived and created by Island City Stage Artistic Director Andy Rogow and City Theatre Producing Artistic Director John Manzelli, Shorts Gone Wild 2 takes six actors, seven playwrights, four directors and a design team, and whips them up until they peak into eight short, provocative, funny and thoroughly entertaining plays with a LGBT bent. The newest collaboration under City Theatre's SUMMER SHORTS FESTIVAL umbrella, Shorts Gone Wild 2 features brand new, never performed plays written by local South Florida playwrights.
The Shorts Gone Wild 2 play line-up includes:

Sarah Stein Sends a Selfie by Michael McKeever
I Alone by Christopher Demos-Brown
