My Father's Daughters is getting a special reading with Route 66 Theatre Company on Tuesday, June 6th. Featuring book by Lara Filip, music and lyrics by Liz Chidester, Lara Filip, Jess Godwin & Diana Lawrence, music direction by Diana Lawrence, an direction by Keely Vasquez, the reading begins at 7:30 p.m. at The Den Theatre (1333 N. Milwaukee Ave). It's free!

My Father's Daughters is the story of three women who come together on the night before their father's funeral and are forced to reconcile their relationships with him and with each other. And because they all share music as their family legacy, they communicate with songs in ways they sometimes can't with words. Featuring an all-star cast: Liz Chidester, Jess Godwin and Emily Rohm.
