Two-time Tony-nominated singer and actor Tom Wopat comes to the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center's Booth Playhouse Oct. 20 - 25 to perform songs from his recently released eighth studio album, Consider It Swung.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 21 and can be purchased online at BlumenthalCenter.org, by phone at 704-372-1000, or from the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center Box Office located in the Tryon Street lobby of the Belk Theater.

You loved him last season in CHICAGO! Now, Broadway, television and music star Tom Wopat returns to perform his interpretation of songs like "But Not for Me," "Deacon Blues," "That's Life" and "2 Grey Rooms."

While many know him best for his role as Luke Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard, Tom Wopat got his start on Broadway at the age of 12 and has never strayed very far from the theater. He appeared in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN opposite Bernadette Peters, in stage revivals of CHICAGO and 42ND STREET and more recently in David Mamet's GLENGARRY GLen Ross.
