CBS Studios International announced today that it has licensed first-window broadcast rights of ZOO with top broadcasters from around the world. The U.S. drama is produced by CBS Television Studios and is based on James Patterson's bestselling #1 novel of the same name.
International television networks that have licensed the show include Sky 1/UK, ProSiebenSat.1 Group/Germany, TF1/France, CTV/Canada, RAI/Italy, Mediaset España/Spain, Network Ten/Australia, M-Net/Pan-Africa, yes/Israel, AXN/India, FX/Turkey, DR3/Denmark, TV 2/Norway, nc+/Poland and MTV/Finland. Exact airdates will vary by country. "Two years ago, CBS created the summer event television genre, producing UNDER THE DOME, followed by EXTANT, with both generating a tremendous amount of interest in the U.S. and internationally," said Armando Nuñez, President and CEO, CBS Global Distribution Group.
