BAX Names Daniel Carlton as New Teaching Artist In Residence

Brooklyn Arts Exchange has announced that Daniel Carlton has been awarded the new BAX Teaching Artist in Residence

BAX | Brooklyn Arts Exchange recognizes that NYC is home to countless talented generative artists in dance & theater who are also gifted and dedicated teachers. This year BAX is delighted to invite Daniel Carlton to the pilot year of the Teaching Artist in Residence program. Carlton will create an original work with student artists and develop his teaching artist practice through interaction with BAX educational and public programs.

Founded in 1991, BAX |Brooklyn Arts Exchange, is a community based performing arts center dedicated to developing artists of all ages, from children to professionals. The organization offers community access to arts and culture, supporting the creation of new work by emerging artists, engaging diverse audiences and providing arts education to youth and families.
