"No Better Day" (published by iUniverse) is a metaphysical science fiction tale, narrated on a personal level, about memories holding the future of the human race's destiny. The timely and thought-provoking novel is told through the experiences of graphic designer Trevin Lambrose. Trevin's musings, longings, yearnings, heartaches, heartbreaks-and involvement in unexpected violence-are the vehicle through which the intense emotions and reality-bending are played out. Constance Summerlin, Trevin's new and enigmatic girlfriend, becomes the catalyst of this monumental paradigm shift. Together, the pair participates in a journey that marks a new beginning, where "the future embraces the past."

Elliott's theme of "No Better Day" plays upon the public's vast interest in End Times and Prophecy, mixing elements of science fiction and the supernatural to create a unique speculation. Elliott says: "There is some kind of sentience guiding us in the universe. There are forces watching and waiting for the time to be right, to step in and usher people into the next phase of existence." The finale manifests in a crowd pleasing and ultimately uplifting fashion, written with tender emotion. No reader will see it coming.

An excerpt from "No Better Day":

"Something of great significance has just arrived on earth, and it is past due. Just as thirty-six-year old graphic designer Trevin Lambrose decides he needs much more from his unfulfilling life; he unexpectedly becomes the first to witness a shimmering anomaly. Suddenly, his head is filled with happy memories of childhood parties, good friends, and unconditional love. As the anomaly quietly disappears, Trevin has no idea he is slowly inching closer to a truth that will shake the entire world."
