CBGB is having their annual festival from Oct 8th-12th, and they are excited to announce that Stephen Trask, composer of the award-winning musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch, will be giving a talk during it. Stephen Trask will speak with A.O. Scott, film critic for the New York Times on Friday, October 10th, at the Helen Mills Theater. Other conversation guests will include Galadrielle Aldman and Erin Davis. The event will begin at 6:00pm.

The five-day annual CBGB festival will take place in theaters, clubs, galleries, private spaces, roof tops & hotels throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn; from Williamsburg to Times Square. Center 548, the 35,000 sq. ft. converted warehouse, located on East 22nd street, will serve as the central hub for the entire festival which will include the CBGB Icon Awards, music themed art exhibitions, concerts, comedy performances and much more.
