After his participation in the Haitian Parliament, author Arnel Blizaire felt that he did not do as good a job as he wanted to. In "Vision d'un Leader d'OP et ses actes Parlementaires" (published by Xlibris), he pens a tell-all memoir relating his experience to show readers what it is really like inside the halls of parliament in Haiti.

This book presents a rational approach to the re-appropriation of the historical project of Jean Jacques Dessalines, based on the articulation of all social components into a single project company. It proposes an alternative based on institutional reconstruction and the establishment of a politically sovereign, economically independent and socially supportive system. The social base of this project consists of new progressive social movements, especially the movement of political officials. This process should involve the reconstruction of it as political space for two purposes: first, stirring the space of social demands, and on the other, the space rationalization thereof. This book is also a place of truth about Belizaire's arrest.

"This is the first time that the truth is being told," said Belizaire.

Having written "Vision d'un Leader d'OP et ses actes Parlementaires," Belizaire hopes to give people a clear picture of the situation in the Haiti Parliament that they may then understand the full context of his actions while serving there.
