Step into the warmth of the season with Chez Nous – Elektra’s festive celebration where timeless Yuletide melodies meet bold new sounds. Derek Holman’s jubilant Sir Christëmas suite anchors the program, complemented by Don Macdonald’s ethereal setting of There is No Rose. Andrew Balfour’s Wyandot’s Realm offers a poignant Indigenous perspective – powerfully rejecting the “Huron Carol” to retell its story with honesty and depth. The world premiere of As If New Created by Vancouver’s own Gerda Blok-Wilson, commissioned by Elektra, adds a radiant new work to this all-Canadian program, while the vibrant Mira Youth Mentorship singers join Elektra on stage. Let the soaring voices of Elektra launch your own festive season full of wonder, community spirit, and joy. Saturday November 29 at 7:30pm Sunday November 30 at 3pm
