GRASS ROOTS LIVE JAZZ SESSION IS BACK!!! Thu Nov 20 (8pm-12am) - We welcome the return of Grass Roots, here to drop its well inspired monthly live jazz session. GR delivering a hand picked line up of the finest up & coming live bands across London and way beyond for your absolute listening pleasure. This month, we present sublime Saxophonist / Bandleader / future rising star and her stunning 5 piece band - The LAUREN BREEN QUINTET (LIVE), deep in our new Intimate jazz lounge at The CLF Art Lounge Pop Up, Ground Floor Mountview.

GRASS ROOTS serving as a 1st Thursday monthly platform for promising artists to ‘polish their chops and play their own choons’. These fresh and fully inclusive sessions are a must attend for patrons and participants alike.

LAUREN BREEN QUINTET (LIVE) - Band on stage around 9pm, performing 2 Live Sets

Either as a budding bandleader or as a sought-after sidewoman, she has already performed at the EFG London Jazz Festival, We Out Here Festival, Royal Albert Hall, PizzaExpress Live Soho, Jazz Cafe and the popular Jazz re:freshed sessions at 91 Living Room in Brick Lane.

While inspired by icons of the genre such as John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley and Wynton Marsalis, Lauren is determined to carve out her own identity in the wild and wonderful world of jazz.

Grass Roots is a monthly live music affair which began life at The Vortex Jazz Club in March 2019 before briefly relocating to Notting Hill Arts Club in August 2021, now a resident monthly event at The CLF Art lounge Pop Up
