Funhouse Comedy Club – New Comedy Night in Cricklewood February 2026 at The Crown London Hotel

Funhouse Comedy Club, which already runs successful nights at numerous venues across the country, is excited to announce the launch of a brand new comedy night at The Crown Hotel, Cricklewood on Saturday February 28th.

Funhouse clubs are renowned for having exceptionally friendly audiences and a brilliant atmosphere, which have led to twice winning Best Midlands Comedy Club awards with leading comedy website Chortle. Previous acts to have played its clubs on their road to the top include Sarah Millican, Joe Lycett, James Acaster and Rhod Gilbert, who described the clubs as “among the best anywhere in the world.”

Topping the bill is the animated Sean Heydon, one of the country's premier comedy magicians, who has appeared on various TV shows, including Britain’s Got Talent where he got a unanimous 4 yesses from the judges and Channel 4's Paul O’Grady Show, as the resident illusionist. With his unique style, he captivates the crowds, often receiving standing ovations.

Opening the night will be Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Glenn Moore, who has appeared on BBC TV’s ‘Mock the Week’, ‘House of Games’ and is also an Absolute Radio breakfast DJ. One of the best and most prolific joke writers in the country, having written for BBC’s The Mash Report, Play To The Whistle, and Russell Howard’s Good News. With his silly turn of phrase and smart little one-liners and funny observations, he keeps the audience hanging on to his every word.

Also appearing is plummy, funny and firey, Diane Spencer, an award-winning comedian with a rapidly growing YouTube channel of over 10K subscribers and 1 million views. She has performed worldwide including The Laugh Factory and world famous Improv (LA), received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe festival and appeared on several TV programmes including Red Light Comedy Live from Amsterdam.

Compere for the night will be the warm and welcoming Spiky Mike.
