Spiritual Bob is Trapped in Paradise! at Native Earth's Giizis Studio

Spiritual Bob is Trapped in Paradise! is an absurdist tragicomedy premiering at the Toronto Fringe Festival, written by Caspian Keys, a trans man drawing on his experiences as a Mormon sister missionary from 2003 to 2004. The play follows two missionaries who are magically locked in a room and visited by important religious figures, receiving gifts that test their faith and friendship. Claire Rice stars as Jackson, and Nicky Nasrallah, known as drag performer Selena Vyle, plays Lewis. The play explores the relationship between two very different people forced to rely on each other, with much of the dialogue drawn directly from Keys' journal entries during his mission service.
