And acclaimed conductor Eun Sun Kim makes her TSO dbut leading the Orchestra in Rachmaninoffs rapturous Symphony No. 2, which unfurls a never-ending cascade of characteristically lush and opulent melodies, each one bound to speak directly to the heart. A short chamber work by Spotlight Artist Samy Moussa and the overture to Mozarts comic opera The Marriage of Figaro open the program.
