Closing Time: At Maple Leaf Gardens is a world premiere docu-concert created by Beau Dixon and Frank Cox-O'Connell, who also directs. Part concert, part live documentary, the work is inspired by Leonard Cohen's iconic song "Closing Time" and pays tribute to one of Toronto's most legendary lost music venues. It is the second of two standalone pieces that together form Closing Time, a love song to the rooms that shaped the city's cultural life and the communities that gathered there.
