Samuel Blenkin is an actor who portrays Scorpius Malfoy in the original West End production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, having assumed the role on 24 May 2017. Blenkin attended Guildhall School of Music and Drama until graduating in 2017. He is also part of the National Youth Theatre. Broadway: American Utopia (2019). Byrne works in a variety of mediums. Born in Dumbarton, Scotland, he grew up in North America and was educated at art schools in Maryland and Rhode Island. Since leaving the Talking Heads, the band he co-founded in the 1970s, Byrne has released nine solo albums, most recently American Utopia (2018). Byrne has been honored with an Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Grammy awards, along with Obie, Outer Critics Circle, Drama Desk, Lucille Lortel and the Theatre World awards for Here Lies Love. Steven Hoggett has previously collaborated with John Tiffany on The Twits for the Royal Court, Let The Right One In and Black Watch for the National Theatre of Scotland, The Glass Menagerie at A.R.T. and on Broadway, and Once on Broadway and in the West End.
