What Did the Fox Say? is an exciting new anthology series stage production inspired by Aesop's fables Reynard the Fox. 

All these questions and more are explored in this fresh adaptation of Aesop's Fables, dually inspired by the classic morals of these stories and the troupe of student actors who will bring them to life. The 2021-22 Season “Reignite, Reimagine!” continues with the return of Creative Cauldron's beloved Learning Theater production and Aesop's Fables, written and directed by Laura Connors Hull, with original music by Matt Conner.

Florida Studio Theatre has announced the lineup for its 48th Winter Season, featuring a four-show Mainstage Series and a three-show Cabaret Series. The Mainstage Series features one of the most successful Rock & Roll musicals of all time, an Olivier Award-winning comedy, a World Premiere, and an Off-Broadway hit. Chicago Shakespeare Theater welcomes the Olivier Award-winning Isango Ensemble to Chicago to present its acclaimed production of A Man of Good Hope, based on the book by Jonny Steinberg and adapted and directed by Mark Dornford-May. Vividly told through song and dance steeped in African traditions, the story follows one young Somali refugee's extraordinary odyssey across a continent and his unfailing hope in the face of adversity. The production will be presented for a limited engagement in the Courtyard Theater as part of the WorldStage at Chicago Shakespeare series, October 4a?"13, 2019.

Theater Schmeater's tradition of bringing free family-friendly shows to Seattle parks continues this summer with a collection of Aesop's best-known fables. The Fabulous Fable Factory runs July 13 - August 15, starting at the 2019 Seattle Outdoor Theater Festival.

As part of its 2019 Summertime Saturday Puppet Show Series, the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at the University of Connecticut is pleased to present Aesop's Fables by Tuckers' Tales Puppet Theatre on July 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Ballard Institute Theater, located at 1 Royce Circle in Downtown Storrs.

The Unicorn will be continuing their hugely popular workshops this summer holidays. Led by professional theatre-makers, participants can learn great new skills and make new friends. From dance, set design, drama, puppetry and more. Workshops range from a day or two days, through to the five day Play In A Week workshops. The performance-based workshops close with a sharing for friends and family.

The New Victory Theater, which brings the whole world to New York families, announces its 2019-20 Season of 15 theater, opera, circus, dance and puppetry productions from nine different countries. 

Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET) Co-Founder and Producing Artistic Director Anita Allen-Farley has tonight announced the 27th season of the professional theatre company at opening night of Bullets Over Broadway The Musical.

After a successful run in Central Park, playing to over 4,000 people, performances resume on Wednesday, June 27 in Rockefeller Park/Battery Park City for New York Classical Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by the company's Founding Artistic Director Stephen Burdman. The production will play this week through June 30, before continuing on to The Battery, Carl Schurz Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park for performances through July 29. Artistic Director of Polka Theatre, Peter Glanville today announces their new season for Autumn/ Winter 2018 comprising both new Polka productions and visiting work as well as classes and workshops, celebrating some of the greatest living writers for children.

New York Classical Theatre (Stephen Burdman, Artistic Director), New York City's only all-free professional Off-Broadway theatre company, is pleased to announce a new production of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet to celebrate its 19th Anniversary Season. The production, directed by Mr. Burdman, is the company's first staging of Shakespeare's tale of star-crossed lovers, and will be presented in five New York City parks - Central Park, Rockefeller Park/Battery Park City, The Battery, Carl Schurz Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park - with performances from June 5 through July 29 at 7:00 PM. There is no ticketing, and all performances are free and open to the public. New York Classical Theatre also invites audiences to experience unique behind-the-scenes access to open rehearsals on selected dates for each of the five park stagings.

The Center for Puppetry Arts is thrilled to announce the 2018-2019 season programming, which coincides with the 40th anniversary of the nation's largest nonprofit dedicated to the art form of puppetry. Since 1978, the Center for Puppetry Arts has been sharing the power of puppetry with the Atlanta community and beyond, and with this milestone year comes a host of new programming. In addition to bringing back a few familiar favorites, the Center will debut a new Family Series production, expand its adult audience offerings and introduce new puppets, artifacts and events in the Worlds of Puppetry Museum.
