The dark comedy follows four teenage girls forced to taste Hitler’s meals, blending the terror of survival with the rituals of girlhood. The intimate staging places audiences inches from the table as the cast navigates humor, fear, loyalty, and the shifting power dynamics of growing up under war.

The Broadway Women's Fund revealed its 2026 Women to Watch on Broadway list, the seventh list from the fund spotlighting women in leadership in theater.

Every once in awhile you go to see a show not knowing what the final product is going to be. The epic musical Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 was one of those musicals that was very specific to its original staging because of it’s tent location. It was totally immersive. When the show moved to Broadway, it didn’t have the same effect.

Fancy Maids will return for a one-night-only fundraiser reading in Manhattan. All proceeds from the event will go toward the development of the upcoming film adaptation of the piece. 

It's one of those dream shows, you know? From the second that I first encountered it, I saw myself in it, and it became an aspiration to be in that show, to tell that story. It's always had this pull to it.

After previous runs in 2022 and 2023, The Book Thief musical finally arrives in London. The Book Thief: A Concert Production was originally scheduled to be performed for one night only on 19 October, but two more performances have been added on 26 October due to popular demand. Recently, we had the chance to speak with Melanie La Barrie, who is playing the role of Death in this production of The Book Thief. We discussed what made her want to be a part of the show, what it is like to perform in a concert production versus a full staged one and even what is appealing to her about playing characters who take on the role of the narrator!
