An entire festival in itself, the Pleasance's programme will offer some of the biggest names in entertainment, much-loved returning acts and exciting newcomers over three sites. The first released names in this year's line-up hint at the epic full programme in store for the 2018 Fringe, with tickets available from Thursday 1st February.

Sandra Kaufmann, former soloist with the Martha Graham Dance Company will guest with Kanopy Dance in their concert entitled 'Dark Tales', a program of thought-provoking dance that ranges in styles from classical modern to physical theater, February 9-18 in Madison Wisconsin.   Ms. Kaufmann will appear in her original solo 'A People's Cry', a modern response to violence again women; and modern dance choreographer Deborah Zall's 'La Bonne Dame: Remembering George Sand', (the novelist who adopted a male persona to ply her craft more freely).  Ms. Kaufmann will also teach a master class at the Kanopy Studio on Thursday February 8.

New Zealand Son Films brings you the much-anticipated new TV series The Mojave Sisters, a modern day Western about a female assassin, played by Lee Dawn Hershey, a gender fluid androgynous actor in their first TV series.

St. Ann's Warehouse presents the American Premiere of Schaub hne Berlin's Returning to Reims, an adaptation of French author Didier Eribon's memoir of the same name, directed by Berlin auteur Thomas Ostermeier, February 4-25. This production marks the first collaboration between St. Ann's and the Schaub hne, whose production of Richard III recently garnered acclaim in BAM's Next Wave Festival.

Winner of the 2013 Circus Maximus Award and the Total Theatre and Jackson's Lane Award for Circus at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2014, Bromance is the debut show from Barely Methodical Troupe. Audacious, touching and exhilarating, Bromance is a tour-de-force of cutting-edge physical heroics, wittily exploring male companionship and its perceived limits. Bromance opened at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2014 and has toured internationally since. As the last stop on their international tour, Bromance makes its New York Premiere at The New Victory Theater from February 9 - 25, 2018.

Following the opening of the Company's first permanent home, Target Margin Theater has announced that 13 diverse artists, via three distinct programs, will be supported in 2018. The Company's new home, located in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn, enables Target Margin Theater to deepen their support of the next generation of theater makers through its annual incubator LAB festival, it's five-year-old fellowship program, and its new artist-in-residency program.

Patty McKenna was elected to the LA Opera board of directors at a meeting held today. Ms. McKenna is currently a portfolio manager and principal with Hotchkis and Wiley, a $30 billion institutional money management firm. She has 31 years of industry experience and is an equity owner of the firm. She joined Hotchkis and Wiley in 1995 and became a Principal in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, she was an equity analyst at Trust Company of the West. A CFA charterholder, she received her BA in Economics with distinction from Stanford University in 1983 and her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1988.

At its annual gala event, Celebrate Colburn, the Colburn School will honor renowned conductor Michael Tilson Thomas and acclaimed architect Frank Gehry with the Richard D. Colburn award, for their exemplary achievements and contributions to the worlds of classical music and the performing arts in Los Angeles and throughout the world. Celebrate Colburn takes place at Walt Disney Concert Hall on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at 7 p.m., followed by a post-performance dinner at a location to be announced.

Join 4th Wall Theatre for Reckless, the classic American, dark holiday comedy by Craig Lucas. Following a successful summer run of Aaron Posner's play Life Sucks, Company of Fools' 22nd season of theatre continues this fall with a production of BRIGHT HALF LIFE by playwright Tanya Barfield. Company of Fools' Interim Artistic Director, Ilana Becker, will direct the play, which runs Sept. 27-Oct. 14, 2017, at the Liberty Theatre in Hailey.
