Point Park University's Conservatory Theatre Company Presents 42ND STREET, the timeless and beloved, Tony Award-winning Broadway musical that promises to keep you singing and dancing along with the cast.

Goodspeed Musicals kicks off its 2018 season with the Broadway hit The Will Rogers Follies, A Life In Revue. The exuberant dance-filled musical will be running April 13 - June 21 at The Goodspeed in East Haddam, Conn.

TADA! Youth Theater will honor Tony and Emmy Award-winning actress Leslie Uggams (Empire, Deadpool, Hallelujah, Baby!, Thoroughly Modern Millie) and performer, director, choreographer and Tony Award-winner Tommy Tune (The Will Rogers Follies, Grand Hotel, Nine, Seesaw) at its annual Gala. The evening will feature a cocktail hour, dinner, live and silent auctions, and performances by the honorees, TADA!'s Resident Youth Ensemble, Broadway Inspirational Voices, Jason Robert Brown, and Michael James Leslie, along with many more great surprises!

The 2018 SaraSolo Festival, the fourth celebration of theatre and solo artists, was held January 27-February 4, 2018. This annual theater festival features an eclectic mix of 45-90-minute solo performances by national and international artists - featuring music, dance, cabaret, comedy, magic, poetry, performance art, stand-up, storytelling and visual art creation as well as biographical, autobiographical and poetic plays.

Each year, The Wick Theatre and Costume Museum stages a production selected by their fans, this season, the iconic Singin' in the Rain takes that honor. 'We were so excited when Singin' in the Rain won our fan poll,' said Marilynn A. Wick, Managing Executive Producer. Folger Theatre continues its 2017/18 season with The Way of the World, a new comedy freely adapted from the classic play by William Congreve. Written and directed by renowned author Theresa Rebeck (Mauritus and Seminar and Broadway; creator and head writer of TV's Smash), the production will star Tony Award nominee Kristine Nielsen (Present Laughter, You Can't Take It With You, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike on Broadway).

On March 5, 2018, TADA! Youth Theater will host its annual gala at Tribeca 360, located at 10 Desbrosses Street in Manhattan. This year's honorees will be Leslie Uggams and Tommy Tune. WBT will open its 2018 theatre season with the hit Broadway musical A Chorus Line. This mega-hit captures the very soul of musical theater, and is one of the longest-running Broadway musicals ever. This beloved and iconic musical by James Kirkwood & Nicholas Dante with a brilliant and show-stopping score by Marvin Hamlisch & Lyrics by Edward Kleban, is a celebration of those unsung heroes of the Musical Theatre, the chorus dancers, valiant, over- dedicated, underpaid and highly trained troopers who back up the star and often make them look more talented. Pioneer Theatre Company presents the Disney hit Newsies. The Tony-winning musical opens Today, Dec. 1, and runs through Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017. Newsies occupies the traditional holiday spot. Keeping with what is now a seven-year tradition of collecting donations for local nonprofits, PTC will partner with Granite Education Foundation to collect new books for 'Santa Sacks' for children ages K-12.
