En el marco de la conmemoración por los 100 años del nacimiento de Joy Laville, (Wight, Inglaterra, 8 de septiembre de 1923-Cuernavaca, Morelos, 13 de abril de 2018), la Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México y el Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (Inbal) rindieron un homenaje a esta reconocida pintora y escultora, con la participación de historiadores de arte, curadores, periodistas culturales y funcionarios, quienes analizaron su vida y quehacer artístico, testimonio inigualable de la creatividad y el compromiso que definieron a una de la pintoras más destacadas del siglo XX mexicano.  

La Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México y el Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (Inbal), a través de la Coordinación Nacional de Artes Visuales, conmemoran el centenario del natalicio de la artista plástica Joy Laville, quien desde 1956 radicó en México, donde produjo la mayor parte de su obra.

Actors Jackie Osorio, Noah F. Madril and Emily Trujillo join the critically acclaimed 2018 LA production of The Diary of Anne Frank in the roles of Mr. & Mrs. Van Daan and Margot Frank. La Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México y el Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (Inbal), a través del Museo Nacional de la Estampa (Munae), celebran el centenario del nacimiento del artista plástico mexicano Alberto Beltrán (1923–2002) con la inauguración de la exposición virtual Alberto Beltrán, entre la gráfica y la ilustración (1923-2022). 

La Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México y el Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (Inbal) conmemorarán este 29 de marzo el 90 aniversario del nacimiento del artista plástico Roger von Gunten, uno de los representantes más destacados en el campo de la plástica.
