Center Theatre Group recognizes and celebrates this year’s finalists for their exceptional contributions to the Los Angeles theatre landscape and their work as innovative and adventurous artists.

The criteria are that these shows have been nominated for Best Musical from the 3rd Tony Awards (the ceremony that started the Best Musical category) in 1949 to the nominations of what will now be the 74th Tony Awards in 2021. Drury Lane Theatre Announces Rescheduled Dates For EVITA due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Evita, originally scheduled for April 10 - June 14, 2020, has been rescheduled to April 2, 2021, through June 6, 2021, at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The press opening is scheduled for Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 8:00pm.
