This Fall Live @ Benaroya Hall demonstrates its commitment to supporting emerging artists with a series of four artists on the rise: Royal, Springs, Beving and Micarelli. The Live @ Benaroya Hall season continues through December and into 2019 with four added concerts: Brickman, The Tenors, The English Beat and Bowie. Tickets to those shows recently went on sale and good seats are available for all concerts in the lineup. More shows for the Spring of 2019 will be announced in late January. Tickets for the concerts listed above are on sale now, prices vary.

New Jersey's Sunshine And The Rain (fmr. The Black Hollies) are excited to share two new tracks from their upcoming sophomore album Beneath The Stars (October 26, 2018 on Ernest Jenning Record Co.). First, the group premiered 'Just The Way It Goes' on The Best Show With Tom Scharpling last night -- listen to the episode HERE, and listen to the track HERE. Lyric Theatre concludes its regular 2018 season next month with a world-premiere rock musical - the fifth title in the organization's New Works Initiative.

Performance Space New York announces First Mondays: Readings of New Works in Progress, organized by author Sarah Schulman (Maggie Terry, 2018; Conflict is not Abuse: Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility and the Duty of Repair, 2016). On the first Monday of most months between October 2018 and May 2019, the series will present audiences with an opportunity to gather and hear in-progress works from writers leading the literary avant-garde. First Mondays exemplifies the artistic community-building power in Performance Space New York's appointment of five Associate Artists. Today, the organization announces Sarah Schulman, Emily Johnson, Gillian Walsh, Sarah Ortmeyer, and Angela Dimayuga as the Associate Artists who will actively contribute to programming and administrative decision making in the years to come-honoring Performance Space New York's roots as a space run by the very people experimenting within it.

American Repertory Theater at Harvard University (A.R.T.), under the leadership of Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Producer Diane Borger, announces Clairvoyance Installation #1: Chosen Family Portrait, the next event in the 2018/19 A.R.T. Breakout series. The installation will take place on Sunday, September 23, 1PM - 4PM, on Harvard Yard.

Dan Boeckner (Wolf Parade, Divine Fits) and his band Operators are bringing back the music of the prolific musician's former duo Handsome Furs. They will be playing music from Handsome Furs' catalogue for the first time in six years at NYC's Baby's All Right on December 13th and December 15th at Toronto's Lee's Palace. Hansome Furs released three critically acclaimed LP's, Plague Park (2007), Face Control (2009) andSound Kapital (2011), on Sub Pop Records. Tickets on sale now.

The National Theatre announces today that The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, adapted by Simon Stephens from the novel by Mark Haddon, and directed by Marianne Elliott (War Horse, Angels in America, Company) will return to the West End in November 2018 for a limited season. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time begins previews at the Piccadilly Theatre on 29 November, with an opening night on 11 December.

New Jewish Theatre (NJT) serves up the opening entree to its 21st season with a tasty adaptation of celebrity Chef Rossi's autobiographical memoir, Raging Skillet - equal parts book launch, cooking demonstration, heaping helping of comedy and a side of Jewish mother guilt.  When Rossi's Jewish mother discovers the microwave, home-cooked meals become a thing of the past.

Storm Large has been making a name for herself from tours with Pink Martini to performances at Carnegie Hall, but it is with her loyal and fearless band, Le Bonheur, that she has been grabbing audiences by the lapels and refusing to let go. Large's fierce and fiery show includes the American Songbook, Broadway tear-jerkers, rock-goddess anthems, and some of her own gorgeous originals.

Zach Wyatt will star as Anthony alongside previously announced Maisie Williams as Caroline in the UK premiere of Lauren Gunderson's I and You, which will be directed by Artistic Director Edward Hall on the Main Stage. Richard Molloy's Every Day I Make Greatness Happen, winner of the Nick Darke Award in 2017, will receive its world premiere Downstairs in September, and will star Sofia Barclay, Moe Bar-El, Jon Foster, Susan Stanley and Josh Zare.

Sirius XM radio star Seth Rudetsky joins each performance as pianist and host.

In this unique (and not so traditional) dinner-turned-performance, the rituals and customs of a Shabbat dinner are recreated. Bread is broken. Family stories are offered. As the night unfolds, a community is built and then dismantled. Written by award-winning playwright Jessica Bellamy and directed by Anthony Skuse, Shabbat Dinner weaves together poetic storytelling, live music and Bellamy's best attempt at rekindling the taste of her Baba's borscht.

SKB Records has announced the seventh month of the groundbreaking new music and video series LENA HALL Obsessed from the Tony Award winner and Grammy nominee.

The cast is announced today for the European premiere of Jordan Seavey's Homos, or Everyone in America at the Finborough Theatre. Josh Seymour directs Tyrone Huntley (The Academic), Harry McEntire (The Writer), Dan Krikler (Dan) and Cash Holland (Laila). The production opens for a four-week limited season on Thursday, 9 August 2018, with previews from 7 August, playing until 1 September.

This July Smash Fashion are set to release Rompus Pompous, the anticipated follow-up studio album to their 2014 critically acclaimed LP, Big Cat Love.

After a successful run in Central Park, playing to over 4,000 people, performances resume on Wednesday, June 27 in Rockefeller Park/Battery Park City for New York Classical Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Romeo and Juliet, directed by the company's Founding Artistic Director Stephen Burdman. The production will play this week through June 30, before continuing on to The Battery, Carl Schurz Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park for performances through July 29.
