The Brooklyn Book Festival, New York City’s largest free literary festival, has announced a selection of highlight events spanning the literary festival’s wide variety of in-person and virtual offerings (September 25 through October 3).

Rubicon Theatre Company will present the third production of its 2022-2023 Season with ALMOST, MAINE, written by JOHN CARIANI and directed by STEPHANIE A. COLTRIN.  ALMOST, MAINE begins previews on Wednesday, September 7; opens on Saturday, September 10 at 7 p.m.; and runs through Sunday, September 25.

The Apollo and The Joyce Theater has announced that they are partnering together to present a cross-town celebration of three dance and theater works, known collectively as The Trilogy, by award-winning choreographer & director Camille A. Brown, October 25 through November 5, 2022.

The musical stage production is conceived and directed by Saheem Ali, music and lyrics by Michael Thurber, and written by Jocelyn Bioh. Previews begin Saturday, August 13, and the show runs through Sunday, September 25.
