TimeLine Theatre Company, acclaimed for presenting plays inspired by history that connect to today's social and political issues, is thrilled to announce its 22nd season and to preview an upcoming partnership with Firebrand Theatre.

Broadway at the Hobby Center announced the lineup of shows for its 2018-2019 Season today. Tony Award® winners, premieres, and all-time favorites make up the new season of nine productions, including two season options.

ASU Gammage will bring the best of Broadway to Tempe again in the 2018-2019 ASU Gammage Desert Financial Broadway Across America - Arizona Season. The new season features everything you'd wish for including the winner of six 2017 Tony Awards and 2018 Grammy Award winner DEAR EVAN HANSEN; beloved Broadway hit Disney's ALADDIN; and the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival HELLO, DOLLY! starring Broadway legend Betty Buckley! The season will also include Broadway hits WAITRESS and ON YOUR FEET!, family favorite CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY and the smash-hit comedy THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG.

The producers of Broadway's Waitress announced that following the performance on Tuesday, March 6 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, acclaimed #1 New York Times bestselling author Jodi Picoult will join Waitress choreographer Lorin Latarro in conversation at a talkback to kick off the hit musical's month-long campaign celebrating Women's History Month.

Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) and Broadway in Columbus (BIC) are proud to announce the Broadway musical HAMILTON will play its premiere Columbus engagement to anchor the 2018-19 PNC Broadway in Columbus season. The Grand Theatre is thrilled to announce a first-time collaboration with the American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.), bringing A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS to the Spriet Stage. This acclaimed stage adaptation, based on the award-winning novel by Khaled Hosseini, had its world premiere in San Francisco in July 2016 and became the bestselling production in A.C.T.'s history. The Grand's production will premiere an all new, all Canadian cast with original staging by A.C.T. Artistic Director Carey Perloff. Producers Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender have officially unveiled the newly renovated Lyric Theatre marquee on West 43rd Street for the Broadway premiere of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Legendary ballet costume designer HOLLY HYNES and costume and scenic designer ZACK BROWN are among the 2018 TDF/Irene Sharaff Award recipients which were just announced by TDF, the not-for-profit service organization for the performing arts. Ms. Hynes was selected to receive the 2018 TDF/Irene Sharaff Lifetime Achievement Award for costume design and Mr. Brown will receive the Robert L. B. Tobin Award for Sustained Excellence in Theatrical Design. The awards are presented through TDF's Costume Collection. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on Friday, April 20, at 6:30pm, at the Edison Ballroom (240 West 47th Street).

The 2018-2019 Zions Bank Broadway at the Eccles season was unveiled at the opening night of this week's sold-out engagement of The Sound of Music.

The producers of Broadway's smash Waitress announced that they will celebrate National Women's History Month at the show by hosting a month-long campaign in March. As the first Broadway musical with an all-female creative team, the production will celebrate women through a variety of efforts including post-show talkbacks centered around women-centric themes, educational social campaigns, and fundraising efforts benefitting the National Women's History Museum in Washington D.C.

Yale Repertory Theatre (James Bundy, Artistic Director; Victoria Nolan, Managing Director) presents Father Comes Home From the Wars, Parts 1, 2 & 3 by Suzan-Lori Parks, directed by Liz Diamond, March 16-April 7, at the University Theatre (222 York Street). TheatreWorks Silicon Valley presents the Tony Award-winning musical The Bridges of Madison County, based on the 1992 bestselling novel by Robert James Waller about love both lost and found. Set amidst the cornfields of Iowa in 1965, this passionate musical follows the unexpected affair of a devoted Italian-born housewife and a roving National Geographic photographer set over four sensual, heart-stirring days. The Majestic Theatre announced its line-up of shows for the 2018-2019 North Park Lexus Broadway in San Antonio Season (BISA). HAMILTON anchors the season with a three week run, May 7-26, 2019. WaterTower Theatre Artistic Director, Joanie Schultz, today announced details for the inaugural DETOUR: A Festival of New Work (March 1 - 4, 2018).
