From the lobby of its home at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre, Philadelphia Theatre Company announced its 45th Anniversary Season last night. Producing Artistic Director Paige Price and Managing Director Emily Zeck announced PTC's slate for 2019-2020, their second producing season at the helm of the theatre. The duo has assembled a line-up of plays that continue the theatre's commitment to seek stories that center around women.

New Orleans Ballet Association (NOBA) presents the return of the iconic Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (AAADT) for two main stage performances on March 22 and 23 at 8 p.m. at the Mahalia Jackson Theater.

The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra hosts its 2019 Spring into Music Gala on April 13 at NJPAC in Newark. Ford's Theatre Society announced that audiences and the company of A Christmas Carol raised $100,777.76 for the Homeless Children's Playtime Project during performances of this season's A Christmas Carol. This year's funds raised brings the company's 10-year totals to $836,600.29 for D.C. charities, aiding the thousands within the D.C.-area who struggle with illness, homelessness and hunger.

Ford's Theatre Society announced that the company of the 2018 production of "A Christmas Carol" has selected D.C.'s Homeless Children's Playtime Project as recipient of this year's donation drive inspired by the themes of charity in Dickens's holiday classic. The Homeless Children's Playtime Project partners with homeless shelters in Washington, D.C., to create safe and fun play spaces for the children where they live. Their trauma-informed programs help restore normalcy by providing opportunities for children to learn and heal through play, and empower children to make choices, express themselves, build friendships and find support.

Ford's Theatre Director Paul R. Tetreault announced that acclaimed Washington actor Craig Wallace will return to Ford's to perform the role of Ebenezer Scrooge for the company's holiday production of A Christmas Carol. Performances of the classic Charles Dickens story begin November 15 and continue for a six-and-a-half-week engagement through December 30, 2018. This "musically high-spirited" and "infectiously jolly" (The Washington Post) production is adapted by Michael Wilson and directed by Michael Baron.

The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) announced today that legendary New Yorker and comedian Jerry Seinfeld will return to the Beacon Theatre in 2019. The shows scheduled for 2019 extend Seinfeld's overwhelmingly successful residency at The Beacon, which began in January 2016 and concluded in December 2017 with 36 sold-out performances. The 2019 dates are as follows: January 11, February 8, March 14, March 15, April 4, April 5, May 3, May 4, June 6 and June 7, with performances at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on all ten nights. Tickets will go on-sale on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (EST).

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the first ever summer intern production, OBAMA-OLOGY by Aurin Squire, directed by Bay Street's Directing/Producing intern Shea King and starring Bay Street Theater's 2018 Acting Apprentices. This production will run as the first show ever directed, produced, designed, and acted entirely by the summer intern company at Bay Street Theater. Grammy-winning Country Music Artist Lee Greenwood will celebrate the 4th of July in his native Southern California, with a concert performance at 7:30 pm on the Paddock Stage at the San Diego County Fair.
