Iris Theatre launched its first summer season in 2009 with an acclaimed outdoor promenade production of Romeo & Juliet. In the decade since they have produced 16 more shows in the grounds of St Paul's Church, Covent Garden, ranging from Alice in Wonderland to Shakespeare's Macbeth. Iris have been nominated for 11 Off West End awards and won the award for Best Production for Young People for Treasure Island.

A brand new one man show about the state of our trouble nation comes this spring to Dixon Place for a one night only event. Inspired by and adapted from real life internet commentary revolving around the 2016 U.S. Election, Outrage is a one man show challenging a severely polarized America to listen more closely. The trolling, cyber bullying, and name calling we engage in on a daily basis takes center stage in this brutally honest portrayal of our national turmoil. Originally presented in Dixon Place's Lounge space in March 2018, this workshop production continues its development for a one night event on the Dixon Place mainstage.

CSC Adds Performances To The Run Of William Wharton's BIRDY

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) has added three performances to its highly anticipated upcoming production of Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton, and directed by Steven Maler. The production now runs February 27 through March 17 at the Carling-Sorenson Theater at Babson College in Wellesley.
