Theatergoers on Broadway now have a second way to enter the musical Hamilton's popular daily lottery with the release of the innovative Hamilton app, effective immediately as a new block of tickets go on sale to the public today, Tuesday, August 22.

On August 11th, Hamilton released the official app for iOS and Android devices. Hamilton's mission was to give its fans a mobile experience that would provide unprecedented access to the show. One of the primary focuses of the team was to develop a product that could adapt to cutting-edge technologies.

Few things have been as highly anticipated as the national tour of the sweeping hit Hamilton, which made its second stop in Los Angeles last night.

In celebration of Hamilton's Opening Night in Los Angeles, Lin-Manuel Miranda hosted a live #Ham4Ham ticket lottery and performance with special guests outside of the Hollywood Pantages Theatre today, August 16th, featuring a performance of 'California Dreamin'.'

On Sunday, August 13, the cast of Broadway's Hamilton gathered atop the Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square to toast Brandon Victor Dixon, the second actor to star as 'Aaron Burr' in the Broadway smash hit, after he played his last performance at the Richard Rogers Theater.
