She announces her first solo show, A Late Bloomer, with SoloCom, the Peoples Improv Theater's annual solo show festival. The show's title is a nod to her starting her career in comedy at an age that most think should relegate her to knitting but she doesn't do that.

The evening's program concluded with a four-song set from Tony Award-winning actress Cynthia Erivo, who most recently starred in The Color Purple on Broadway. Ms. Erivo's first song, 'If You Knew Susie,' was dedicated to the memory of Susan Newhouse. Ms. Erivo capped her performance with 'Let It Be' by the Beatles, dedicated to Si and Victoria Newhouse.
