American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Producer Diane Borger, announces the cast and creative team for Barber Shop Chronicles. The Fuel, National Theatre, and West Yorkshire Playhouse co-production begins preview performances on Wednesday, December 5, 2018; opens Friday, December 7; and closes Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Loeb Drama Center in Cambridge, MA.

The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and Shea's Performing Arts Center announced today a collaboration to present Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert on Thursday, February 21 as part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The concert will feature the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra performing live, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and take place at the original "Wonder Theatre" that opened in 1926 as a movie palace. Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the entire film in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while hearing the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra perform John Williams' unforgettable score live. The world premiere is helmed by acclaimed director Moises Kaufman, with choreography by the legendary Bill T. Jones and a book by Marcus Gardley, Craig Lucas, and Larry Kirwan. Music by Jason Howland and Larry Kirwan, with lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and based on the songs of Stephen Foster. Paradise Square is produced by special arrangement with Garth H. Regeneration Theatre announces a fully staged revival of the infamous 1960s musical SKYSCRAPER will play Urbanstages' Theatre at 30th Street in May 2019, directed and choreographed by Chad Austin, the newly announced Artistic Director of Abingdon Theatre.
