The world premiere of Diary of a Ukrainian Madman or The Innocence of the Pangolins, a new comedy inspired by Nikolai Gogol’s classic Diary of a Madman by Ukrainian playwright and artist Liudmyla Tymoshenko, will open at the Finborough Theatre for a three week limited season on Tuesday, 13 August 2024.

Amazon Music has announced that multiplatinum alt-rock trio Wallows will continue the new season of City Sessions, the new livestreamed concert series from Amazon Music. Streaming live from the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on May 23, the episode of City Sessions will capture a special performance from Wallows on the eve of the release of their highly-anticipated forthcoming album, Model. Wallows’ City Sessions and upcoming John Congleton-produced album marks a triumphant return for the trio.

What did our critic think: This is cutting edge theater of the highest order.  Dangerous and daring, it’s more than simply Avant Guard, it is timeless and contemporary at the same time – the kind of theater that makes you sit up on the edge of your seat and pay attention.

The producer Larry Klein honored the memory of Leonard Cohen with a 2022 tribute album that had a hushed sensibility and taste, as well as an impressive array of vocalists.
