In 1944, MGM debuted a new family classic for the ages, the beloved movie musical, Meet Me In St. Louis. Starring Judy Garland, the film plays host to numerous classic songs including its title ditty, 'The Trolley Song,' and 'The Boy Next Door,' but out of all the gems that make up its score, no song has had more impact than, 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.'

The William Inge Theater Festival will celebrate its 39th anniversary April 21-23, 2022 by honoring Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Lynn Nottage with the Distinguished Achievement in the American Theater Award.

The State Theatre in Easton has announced new shows for the 2021-2022 Season, along with a sneak peek of what’s to come next season! Tickets for these additional shows will go on sale to State Theatre Members Wednesday, Dec 1 at 10 am. Tickets will go on sale to the public Wednesday, December 8 at 10 AM.

Reprising their roles from the 2019-2020 season are Danielle Wade as Cady Heron, Megan Masako Haley as Gretchen Wieners, Jonalyn Saxer as Karen Smith, Mary Kate Morrissey as Janis Sarkisian, Eric Huffman as Damian Hubbard, Adante Carter as Aaron Samuels, Kabir Bery as Kevin G. and Lawrence E. While the show would not be a direct spinoff of the Ellen Degeneres Show, it would be the new Warner Bros. flagship daytime talk show once Degeneres' program concludes. The test run was recently shot on Ellen's stage and is currently being pitched to different television station groups.
