The Sweet Water Warblers Release New Single 'Mad At You'

The Sweet Water Warblers, featuring Lindsay Lou, May Erlewine, and Rachael Davis, today offer “Mad At You,” the second single from their debut album The Dream That Holds This Child, out May 15th, 2020 and available to pre-order now. “Mad At You,” an anthem of forgiveness and healing, is now available on all digital service providers, here. The Dream That Holds This Child marks the first full-length album from The Sweet Water Warblers, who first came together in 2014 after being asked to perform together for a single performance at the Hoxeyville Music Festival and found a deep creative connection with one another. A fully independent release, The Sweet Water Warblers are currently raising money for the album campaign via Kickstarter, and fans can contribute by clicking here.

Los Angeles Master Chorale Has Announced Their 2020-21 Season

The Los Angeles Master Chorale, led by Grant Gershon, Kiki & David Gindler Artistic Director, today announced its 2020-21 season that showcases the immense power of voices united in song, including monumental testaments to the power of music by Bach, Haydn, and Handel; an exploration of American music; and a program that features newly appointed Swan Family Artist-in-Residence Reena Esmail's inspiring I Rise: Women in Song. This is a season that opens hearts to the glory of singing and celebrates the expression of spirituality through music.

The Sweet Water Warblers Announce Debut Album

Today, The Sweet Water Warblers, featuring Lindsay Lou, May Erlewine, and Rachael Davis, announce the release of their debut album The Dream That Holds This Child, out May 15th, 2020 and available to pre-order now. Premiering the first single, “Turn to Stone” with American Songwriter earlier this week, the track is now available on all digital service providers, here. The Dream That Holds This Child marks the first full-length album from The Sweet Water Warblers, who first came together in 2014 after being asked to perform together for a single performance at the Hoxeyville Music Festival and found a deep creative connection with one another. An annual Columbus tradition since 1983, the CSO's Holiday Pops is the creation of chorus master and conductor Ronald Jenkins who has led all 112 performances to date. The celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Los Angeles Master Chorale's Annual High School Choir Festival will be so joyous, it cannot be contained within the walls of Walt Disney Concert Hall! As part of the celebratory Festival Day on Friday, May 3, over 1,000 student singers will give a pop-up performance outdoors on the main staircase of Disney Hall on Grand Avenue at 11:30 AM. Internationally renowned choral conductor and composer Eric Whitacre, who is the 2019 Festival's guest artist, will lead the students in a performance of Pentatonix's Sing, arranged for the Master Chorale by Ben Bram and Pentatonix.

Nashville Symphony Announces 2019/20 Season

The Nashville Symphony has announced the lineup for its 2019/20 season, which kicks off in September and features an extensive variety of classical, pops, jazz and family concerts, including top-flight guest artists, film favorites with live orchestral accompaniment, unique speaker events and much more. At the heart of this concert programming, Maestro Giancarlo Guerrero will lead the orchestra in its flagship Classical Series, which includes everything from masterworks by Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Berlioz and Beethoven to boundary-pushing contemporary American works.
