Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill has just launched into rehearsals for the first play in our 2022 Fall Mainstage Season. For the first time ever, the company has commissioned a playwright to create a totally new work to be presented on our “Priscilla” Mainstage. Based on actual events, Brad Fraser's hilarious and touching “Shelley's Shadow” is set to open for a two-weekend run on September 8.

The work of Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning composer Jonathan Larson returns to Portland Center Stage after a 7-week run of his blockbuster musical Rent. Larson's autobiographical musical tick, tick … BOOM! was written before Rent and is in many ways its origin story. Featuring a similarly rocking score, it offers a backstage tour of the love and sweat Larson put into making his Broadway musical dreams a reality. 

Metro Theater Company Announces 2022-23 50th Anniversary Season

Metro Theater Company (MTC), St. Louis's premier professional theater for youth and families and St. Louis' third-oldest professional theater company, announces its 2022-23 50th Anniversary Season. Tickets go on sale to the public later this summer. Performances take place at the Grandel Theatre and the Big Top in Grand Center Arts District.

Lost 80's Live with Flock of Seagulls, Missing Persons, Naked Eyes, Stacey Q, Tommy Tutone, and Annabella's Bow Wow Wow comes to Indian Ranch on Sunday, August 7th and Boston's own Extreme will visit the lakeside concert venue on Friday, September 2, 2022. The track is a cover of Tom Petty's hit song released in April 1989 as the lead single from his first solo album, Full Moon Fever. The song was co-written by Petty and Jeff Lynne, also his writing partner for the album.
