Red Like Fruit, the UK premiere of Hannah Moscovitch's acclaimed play, is presented by 2b theatre company at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. This poignant two-hander stars Michelle Monteith and David Patrick Flemming, exploring themes of power, gender, and the complexities of traumatic memory through the story of journalist Lauren. As she navigates her past experiences with sexual violence while working on a high-profile domestic violence case, Lauren's narrative intersects with that of Luke, who voices her thoughts on stage. Together, they confront the uncomfortable truths of complicity and consent in a post #MeToo world.
