Like a Good Neighbor is a solo show written and performed by Connecticut-born New York playwright Jake Alexander, directed by Hayley Moir. The show invites audiences into the living room of an internal monologue, exploring themes of friendship, bullying, and the everyday quirks of human behavior. Alexander recounts the story of trying to save a stray cat in an alley, weaving together humor, trauma, and self-consciousness while attempting to help audience members with their day-to-day problems in real time.
