Jenny Gorelick, a New York comedian, actor, and writer, makes her Edinburgh Festival Fringe debut with SORRY, a one-hour comedy show about dating, gender, and why women apologise for everything while men get away with anything. The show begins on the dating apps, mining Gorelick's own romantic life for comedy, including a surreal romance with a man who had "sorry mom" tattooed on his body and still couldn't apologise. Personal stories gradually open into a broader exploration of how women are conditioned to second-guess themselves and apologise for existing, while men move through the world without the same scrutiny. The show performs daily at 6:25pm from 3rd to 30th August.
