Bilal Zafar: Rubicon at Underbelly Bristo Square

Bilal Zafar, Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer Nominee and winner of The Hackney Empire Competition, brings their latest Edinburgh Fringe show Rubicon to the stage. Part stand-up, part gameshow, the show draws inspiration from the popular drink Rubicon while exploring issues of class and race, complete with games and prizes. Showcasing skills with audio and video, Bilal creates a surreal and immersive atmosphere that blurs the line between live performance and digital entertainment. Bilal has appeared in Catastrophe, Sick of It, Such Brave Girls, and the feature film Last Christmas.
