Symphonic Spooktacular at The California Theatre

Symphony San Jose conjures up some of music's scariest hits for Halloween, conducted by Peter Jaffe with featured vocalist Bianca Orsi. The program includes Rossini's William Tell Overture, Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries, Gounod's Funeral March of a Marionette, Márquez's Conga del Fuego Nuevo, Dukas's The Sorcerer's Apprentice, plus themes from Batman and Spiderman. An on-stage costume contest with prizes will be held, and those who prefer not to dress up can enjoy the costume parade. The concert is designed as a Halloween experience for the entire family.
