The 80-minute concert recreates the electricity of Little Richard's 1960s Hollywood "Club Okeh" era, featuring a live band and music licensed by Sony Music Publishing, including hits like "Tutti Frutti," "Long Tall Sally," and "Good Golly Miss Molly." Weathersby, an East Texas native, has intentionally scheduled the performance on Juneteenth, connecting Little Richard's music to the spirit of liberation and the cultural legacy the holiday represents.
