Cyrano tells the story of a brilliant poet and swordsman who struggles with self-doubt due to his appearance. When the love of his life, Roxane, falls for another man, Cyrano aids him in wooing her while hiding his own feelings. This adaptation by Jason O’Connell and Brenda Withers blends comedy and poignancy in a celebration of love's various forms. The play will run at The Old Globe from July 18 to August 9, 2026.
