Queens Theatre will host a special one-night-only staged reading of Douglas Lyons' comedy Chicken & Biscuits on November 24, 2025. This event features Tony Award nominee Norm Lewis and Emmy Award nominee Michael Urie, both from the original Broadway cast, alongside a talented ensemble including Dean Acree, Paige Gilbert, Cleo King, Madison McBride, Ebony Marshall Oliver, and Natasha Yvette Williams. Celebrating the fifth anniversary of the play's premiere at Queens Theatre, the reading marks a return to the venue where it first captivated audiences, reflecting themes of family and connection. Playwright Douglas Lyons and director Zhailon Levingston will also be part of this significant occasion.
