73 Years of Live Theatre: Founded as a not-for-profit organization in 1952, Lakewood Theatre Company is dedicated to studying and presenting drama in all its forms; training and developing actors; and creating, maintaining, and operating a theatre for plays and other entertainment. Lakewood Theatre Company is the oldest continuously operated, not-for-profit theatre in the Portland Metropolitan area.
