Blithe Spirit Opens at HART, 9/2

By: Aug. 15, 2011

HArt Theatre presents Noel Coward's memorable play Blithe Spirit a story about Charles Condomine, a happily married man, doing research for a book he intends to write. He invites the eccentric Madame Arcati to hold a séance at his home. She unwittingly calls back the ghost of his first wife making Mr. Condomine into a sort of "astral bigamist." Noel Coward's acerbic wit, in this love triangle that spans the world of the living and "the other side," makes this classic comedy a charming night at the theater. The show opens Friday, September 2nd and runs through September 18th with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2 pm. Tickets are $14 for Adults, $12 for Seniors, $10 for Students and can be purchased online at www.hart-theatre.org or by calling the office at 503-693-7815. HArt Theatre is located at the corner of SE Washington and 2nd Streets in downtown Hillsboro.
