Broadway cabaret featuring old standards and new favorites by writers from George & Ira Gershwin to Jeanine Tesori and Stephen Sondheim that celebrate female friendship, empowerment, and leadership journeys.
The singers all have New York and touring credits and are regulars on Valley stages including Arizona Theatre Company, The Phoenix Theatre Company, and Don Bluth Front Row Theatre. Fennig’s piano performance background features solo performance, chamber music, and pit orchestra work for touring Broadway shows and national concerts at Carnegie Hall.
And… you will have a chance to sing too! Piano bar and song share will begin at 7:00 p.m. and bring sheet music to sing with Andria and ASU Kerr’s gorgeous Steinway. Please arrive early to participate in this fun pre-show activity! The cabaret will begin at 7:30 p.m.
After eight seasons as Producing Artistic Director, The Bridge Initiative's co-founder Brenda Jean Foley is transitioning to Producing Executive Director and the organization has named Elizabeth Brownlee and Amie Bjorklund as Co-Artistic Directors for the theatre company's 2023-24 season. The group is launching a new series, The Bridge Cabaret co-presented by ASU Kerr in Scottsdale on September 18th at 7:30pm.
