Rehearsals are underway for Marcel on the Train at Classic Stage Company. Co-written by Marshall Pailet and Tony Award nominee Ethan Slater, the production will be directed by Pailet and will feature Slater as “Marcel Marceau.” Watch in this video as the team takes a break from rehearsals to explain what the new play is all about!

The 2017 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway were handed out last night to recipients in 19 categories, with three honorary awards also bestowed. The Lortel Awards were distributed in a ceremony at NYU Skirball Center hosted by actor and comedian Taran Killam. This year's event was once again a benefit for The Actors Fund. Present Laughter will play Broadway's St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street) this spring for a strictly limited 16-week engagement. Directed by Tony Award nominee Moritz von Stuelpnagel, performances are set to begin Friday, March 10, 2017, ahead of a Wednesday, April 5th Opening Night, and will play through Sunday, July 2nd.
